7AM × 7PM · Pererenan, Bali7AM already uses a QR stand on the table to open its menu. It works. The opportunity is to make that gesture feel as premium as the coffee, pastries and dining around it.
A beautifully branded NFC piece replaces the stand. Guests touch their phone to open the menu immediately. A discreet QR remains on the piece as a backup. Beneath the menu, they can discover the existing rewards program, reserve a table or find another 7AM location.
No app for the guest to install. The destination can be updated as menus and priorities change, while the physical piece stays on the table.
The table is the most repeated physical contact point in every outlet. Make it useful without letting the sign take over the setting.
